Independent cleaning professionals must have a smartphone with reliable internet access to use TidyTrack Pro, our CRM system for scheduling, communication, cleaning opportunity details, and other service-related information.

Independent cleaning professionals are expected to have access to the appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete the residential or commercial cleaning opportunities they choose to accept safely and effectively.

Independent cleaning professionals must maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance coverage, or be willing to obtain the required coverage before accepting cleaning opportunities. Proof of current coverage will be required as part of the contractor approval process.
